Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. A monthly membership ends at the end of the current month. A yearly membership is cancelled before the renewal date; after a renewal you can cancel at any time. You cancel yourself, with one click in My academy.
How do I pay?
By Bancontact, credit card or iDEAL. After the first payment, the membership continues automatically by direct debit or your card. You receive an invoice by e-mail every time. Prefer to pay a yearly membership by bank transfer? Just e-mail us.
Which devices can I watch on?
On computer, tablet and smartphone — and through the browser or Chromecast on your TV too. In the workshop, a tablet works best.
Do I get a discount on parts?
Yes, as a yearly member. In the parts shop you automatically get 5% off every part once you are logged in. Ordering by phone or at the workshop? Just quote your member number.
